Mango and Turmeric Chia Pudding

Pudding de chia à la mangue et au curcuma - SETA Organic

This is a great, easy, quick and filling snack that can be prepared in advance.

Yield

2 to 3 servings, depending on the size of the cups used. Here, I recycled small yogurt cups.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fortified soy milk (or any plant milk of your choice)
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla
  • 5 teaspoons of SETA's Turmeric Latte blend
  • ½ cup frozen mango pieces
  • 3 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup of your favorite yogurt

Toppings

Granola and fresh fruits

Instruction

  1. Add the following ingredients to your blender (blend until smooth and creamy texture): Soy milk (or any plant milk), maple syrup, vanilla, SETA’s Turmeric latte blend, mango pieces.
  2. Pour the mixture into a container that seals tightly, add the chia seeds and close the lid: shake vigorously to mix well.
  3. Let stand for at least an hour or overnight in the refrigerator until the mixture thickens.
  4. Divide the mixture into 2 or 3 jars and add the yogurt (2/3 pudding - 1/3 yogurt)
  5. Add toppings just before serving!

Notes

Storage: 3 to 4 days in the refrigerator in an airtight container.

-It is possible to use fresh mango, but I prefer to keep the fruit fresh to eat as is.

-Quickly clean your blender container after use when using pigmented foods like turmeric, this prevents staining.

-To stick the fig slice, I just cut a thin slice and stuck it by pressing it to the side of the jar, before filling it.
