You can purchase our products anytime on our website. Otherwise, consult our retailers section to find out if our products can be found in your favorite store.







In our quest to find the very best ingredients on earth, our aim is to collaborate with farms and partners that respect our values 100%. We always make sure that the agricultural practices of our suppliers are ones that steer clear of pesticides, as is the case with our Water lentil. In the process, we do everything in our power to choose farms which are certified organic.

Yes, all of our products are non-GMO and hypoallergenic.

Our products are non-GMO, contain no artificial flavours or colours, and are free from preservatives. In addition, we favor organic and pesticide-free ingredients whenever possible.

Keep the products in a cool and dry place, and if possible, protect from light.

There is no danger in consuming our products after they have expired. However, after the date on the packaging has passed, there is no guarantee that our products still meet high quality standards.

Proudly Canadian, all of our products are made at our facilities in Quebec.

Our Water lentil powder is safe for children. However, because our Plant-based protein and our Lavender Latte contain adaptogenic herbs, we recommend consulting a healthcare professional before giving these products to your child. Please note that our Matcha Latte and our Beetroot Latte contain caffeine.

Orders and Subscriptions

All transactions carried out on our website are completely secure. We accept credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard and Amex. We also accept PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to modify or cancel an order already completed online. However, do write to us at info@setaorganic.com and we will do our best to help you.

Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email generated automatically by our system. Please note that this email may end up in your spam folder.

A follow-up email will be sent to you as soon as your order is ready for shipping, usually 1 to 3 working days following your order confirmation. If you have not received any emails, contact us at info@setaorganic.com.

When you subscribe, you save 10% on selected products. You may opt for a monthly or bimonthly (every two months) delivery. Your subscription will be delivered automatically according to your chosen time period.

You may modify, pause or cancel your subscription at any time. Once your purchase is complete, you will be given access to an email link where you can manage your subscription via your account. You may access your account at any time by  clicking here.  

You can change or cancel your subscription anytime before your renewal date. Here is the procedure to follow: 

1. Log into your account and go to the subscription section. 

2. According to your preferences, choose to either modify, pause, or cancel your subscription. 

Shipping

We process your order within 24 hours of your purchase. Depending on your place of residence, you will receive your order within 3 to 5 working days. Once your purchase is complete, we will send you an email confirmation with your expected delivery date.

Canada

Shipping is free in Canada for all orders of $49 CAD or more (before taxes). For any order of $49 CAD or less (before taxes), the delivery costs are $6.

United States

Shipping is free in the United States for all orders of $75 USD or more (before taxes). For any order of $74.99 USD or less (before taxes), the delivery charge is $15.

For now, we deliver our products exclusively to Canada and the United States. However, if you are located outside of Canada or the United States and wish to order our products, write to us at info@setaorganic.com

Returns and refunds

Unfortunately, as our products are perishable, we do not accept returns. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your order, contact us atinfo@setaorganic.com and we will try our best to make you smile! :-)
