- How long does delivery take?
We process your order within 24 hours of your purchase. Depending on your place of residence, you will receive your order within 3 to 5 working days. Once your purchase is complete, we will send you an email confirmation with your expected delivery date.
- What about shipping fees?
Canada
Shipping is free in Canada for all orders of $50 CAD or more (before taxes). For any order of $50 CAD or less (before taxes), the delivery costs are $6 CAD.
United States
Shipping is free in the United States for all orders of $75 USD or more (before taxes). For any order of $74.99 USD or less (before taxes), the delivery charge is $15 USD.
- What countries do you ship to?
For the moment, we deliver our products exclusively to Canada and the United States. However, if you are located outside of Canada or the United States and would like to order our products, please write to us at info@setaorganic.com to let us know!
Returns and refunds
- Do you accept returns?
