This frozen yogurt bar recipe is perfect for a hot summer day! In addition, for being ultra refreshing, this snack is super healthy and nutritious! Thanks to our Water Lentils powder, our green superfood rich in vitamins and minerals. A simple way to elevate your vitality.
Easy to prepare, this snack is high in iron, fiber and protein. No baking is required. A gluten-free, vegan and nutritious recipe that will please everyone!

Ingredients
Layer 1 :
- 1/3 cup (90g) sunflower or almond butter
- 2 tbsp (40g) maple syrup
- 1 tbsp (15g) soy or almond milk
- 1/2 tsp (3g) vanilla extract
- 1 cup (115g) large oatmeal
- 1-2 pinch(s) of salt
Layer 2 :
- 2 cups (540g) plant-based yogurt (we used Silk's plain unsweetened roasted almond yogurt)
- 1 scoop (12g) Water Lentils powder
- Juice of one freshly squeezed lime
- 3 tbsp (60g) maple syrup
Layer 3 :
- 3 kiwis, peeled and sliced (about 200g)
- 1 tbsp (20g) maple syrup
Instruction
- In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients for layer 1, then press crust evenly into a 9-inch square pan. Place in freezer while preparing remaining layers
- In the same bowl, mix all ingredients for layer 2 thoroughly.
- Remove the crust from the freezer, pour the duckweed yogurt over the top, then sprinkle with the kiwi slices and maple syrup. Place in freezer for 4 hours.
- Remove from freezer, cut into 8 bars or 16 bites and serve!
Note : can be stored in the freezer for 3 months
