In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients for layer 1, then press crust evenly into a 9-inch square pan. Place in freezer while preparing remaining layers
In the same bowl, mix all ingredients for layer 2 thoroughly.
Remove the crust from the freezer, pour the duckweed yogurt over the top, then sprinkle with the kiwi slices and maple syrup. Place in freezer for 4 hours.
Remove from freezer, cut into 8 bars or 16 bites and serve!
