Dark chocolate truffles and Water lentil

Truffes au chocolat noir et Lentille d'eau | SETA Organic

As the holiday season approaches, Émilie Lamarche has cooked a chocolate truffles recipe with our flagship product Water Lentil. Their colors will match perfectly with your Christmas decorations and all your guests will ask for more of this nutritious chocolate treat..


For 10-15 truffles

-170g of 70% dark chocolate (you can take the chocolate you like and decrease or increase the amount of maple syrup accordingly)
-2 tablespoons of plant-based milk
-2 tbsp. of maple syrup
-1 tbsp of coconut oil
-Water lentil powder as a garnish


1-Melt all the ingredients in a water bath.
2-Pour the mixture into a dish and put in the fridge for about 1 hour or until the mixture has hardened.
3-Using a spoon, take some of the chocolate, and make balls by rolling them between your hands.
4-Dip the truffles in Water lentil powder.
5-Store the truffles in the fridge.
