Ingredients
-1 cup of water-1 tablespoon of Water lentil powder
-2 tsp. hemp seeds
-2 bananas
-1 cup of pineaple
-2 dates
-8 mint leaves
Preparation
- In a blender, add the water, SETA’s Water Lentil powder, hemp seeds, bananas, pineapple and dates.
- Wait until the end and add the minth leaves. Blend until smooth and creamy texture.
- Pour into a tall glass and drink immediately for maximum nourishment.
