Water Lentil and coconut Mug Cake

We had the pleasure to collaborate with Katia from La Recette Parfaite to create a delicious sweet treat, easy and quick to cook.

These mug cakes are the perfect way to enjoy a sweet treat! They're waste-free, can be literally made in 5 minutes and are just as delicious as a real cake.

By adding Water Lentil, Katia has turned this delicious mug cake recipe into a guilt-free treat. Who said desserts weren't healthy?

For one serving

Ingredients
4 tablespoons of unbleached all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon of Water Lentil powder
¼ tsp. of baking powder
1 tbsp. of coconut oil
2 tbsp. of canned coconut milk
1 tbsp. of water
1 tbsp. of maple syrup
1 tsp. of vanilla extract
½ juice of one lime

Preparation
1. Place the flour, the Water Lentil powder and the baking powder in a cup. Stir. Add coconut oil, coconut milk, water, maple syrup, vanilla extract and lime juice. Mix until smooth and homogeneous.
2. Cook for 2 minutes in the microwave oven.
3. Serve immediately.

Enjoy!
