By adding Water Lentil, Katia has turned this delicious mug cake recipe into a guilt-free treat. Who said desserts weren't healthy?
For one serving
Ingredients4 tablespoons of unbleached all-purpose flour1 teaspoon of Water Lentil powder¼ tsp. of baking powder1 tbsp. of coconut oil2 tbsp. of canned coconut milk1 tbsp. of water1 tbsp. of maple syrup1 tsp. of vanilla extract½ juice of one lime
Preparation1. Place the flour, the Water Lentil powder and the baking powder in a cup. Stir. Add coconut oil, coconut milk, water, maple syrup, vanilla extract and lime juice. Mix until smooth and homogeneous.2. Cook for 2 minutes in the microwave oven.3. Serve immediately.
