Creamy almond and golden milk/lavender/Matcha popsicles

A summer staple! Here's a great refreshing recipe for homemade popsicles. So creamy and quick to prepare, this frozen dessert is the perfect snack to enjoy on hot summer days.

  • Prep time : 10 minutes
  • Freezing time : A few hours or overnight
  • Makes 6-8 popsicles

Ingredients

  • 1 cup (250g) coconut cream
  • 1/2 cup (125g) cold water
  • 3 tbsp (45g) creamy almond butter
  • 1/2 cup (100g) Medjool dates, pitted and softened in boiling water
  • 1 tbsp (6g)Turmeric/à la lavander/au Matcha, depending on the desired flavor
  • 1 tsp (4g) almond extract

Instruction

  1. Using a blender or food processor, mix all ingredients until smooth and creamy (blend on high speed for 1-2 minutes).
  2. Pour into popsicle molds and freeze for several hours or overnight. Enjoy!
