A summer staple! Here's a great refreshing recipe for homemade popsicles. So creamy and quick to prepare, this frozen dessert is the perfect snack to enjoy on hot summer days.
- Prep time : 10 minutes
- Freezing time : A few hours or overnight
- Makes 6-8 popsicles
Ingredients
- 1 cup (250g) coconut cream
- 1/2 cup (125g) cold water
- 3 tbsp (45g) creamy almond butter
- 1/2 cup (100g) Medjool dates, pitted and softened in boiling water
- 1 tbsp (6g)Turmeric/à la lavander/au Matcha, depending on the desired flavor
- 1 tsp (4g) almond extract
Instruction
- Using a blender or food processor, mix all ingredients until smooth and creamy (blend on high speed for 1-2 minutes).
- Pour into popsicle molds and freeze for several hours or overnight. Enjoy!
