We are proud to announced that we have collaborated with Sophie, the woman behind The Healthy Stove to create a Bubble tea coconut milk recipe. Sophie is not only vegan, but she is passionate about cooking! She loves testing new ingredients to create unique recipes. Happinest was all over the place when we approached her to create a recipe with Water Lentil.
Voilà ! Here's all the details about her creation:
Ingredients:
-1/3 cup cooked tapioca pearl (the flavor of your choice)
-2 cups of filtered water
-1/2 cup of original soy milk
-1/3 cup of coconut milk from a can
-1 scoop of Water Lentil
-Stevia drops or agave to your taste
Preparation:
Can be made the night before for an unexpected breakfast on the go the next morning. You’ll just have to give it a good shake in the morning.
