No Bake Mocha Protein Energy Bites

We are so happy to team up with Jessy from @popotetavie to develop a recipe with our Cocoa Plant-Based Protein. She came up with an amazing no Bake Mocha Protein Energy Bites recipe.  

This is a quick and easy recipe that will become your favorite mid-afternoon snack. This No-bake treat will be ready to eat in just 10 minutes.

For 8 balls  

Dry ingredients:

Wet ingredients:

  • ¼ cup of plant-based milk
  • 2 tablespoons almond butter
  • 1 tbsp. maple syrup

How to make no bake energy bites :

  1. In a large bowl, combine all dry ingredients.
  2. In a second bowl, mix all wet ingredients.
  3. Stir dry ingredients into wet ingredients. Mix with a spatula.
  4. Use your hands to form 8 small balls.
