We are so happy to team up with Jessy from @popotetavie to develop a recipe with our Cocoa Plant-Based Protein. She came up with an amazing no Bake Mocha Protein Energy Bites recipe.
This is a quick and easy recipe that will become your favorite mid-afternoon snack. This No-bake treat will be ready to eat in just 10 minutes.
For 8 balls
Dry ingredients:
- 1/3 cup oat flour
- 1/4 almond flour
- 3 tbsp. SETA's Plant-based Protein - Cocoa
- 2 tbsp. instant coffee powder
- 2 tbsp. cocoa powder/li>
Wet ingredients:
- ¼ cup of plant-based milk
- 2 tablespoons almond butter
- 1 tbsp. maple syrup
How to make no bake energy bites :
- In a large bowl, combine all dry ingredients.
- In a second bowl, mix all wet ingredients.
- Stir dry ingredients into wet ingredients. Mix with a spatula.
- Use your hands to form 8 small balls.
